I chose Surin Bay Inn specifically because of its convenient location near Green Elephant Sanctuary Park. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk staff who were always ready to assist with laundry and luggage storage. , I enjoyed sipping on my favorite drink at the hotel's bar/lounge and the convenience of the cooked-to-order breakfasts available daily from 7 AM.

As business guests, we appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with soft, nice smelling bed linen. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making us feel like the most favorite guests. the breakfast offered a wide selection of both Western and Thai dishes to choose from, ensuring we didn't go hungry.

They loved the bed linen so much that my mother kept asking where she could buy the same. the location of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast menu was delicious. If we ever visit Thailand again, Surin Bay Inn will definitely be our top choice.
